Our fabric processing operations are supported by computerized and high-tech equipment such as Rotary, Flat Bed Screens, Digital Print, and Finishing Machines, which have been imported from Germany.
Printing Sector
The foundation of our fabric manufacturing process is strengthened especially for fabric processing, including computerized technology for both rotary and flat screens, as well as high-quality finishing machines imported from Germany.
Research & Development
In the research and development stage, our production is equipped with Sampling Machinery that has been installed on the printing site, sourced from Europe.
Dyeing Process
The dyeing process is supported by Continuous and Cold Pad Batch Dyeing Machine.
Finishing
We offer a variety of finishing methods supported by German machinery, which can be customized to meet the specific functional needs and application of our clients.
These processes enhance the final appearance of the fabric, add aesthetic touches, and provide additional functionality.
At Hakatex, we provide a wide range of textile finishing options, including silky finish, wrinkle-free finish, crushed, sanded, water repellent, burnout, and many more.
Factory Area
We create an entire factory area that put forward the health & safety issues of our employees with ethical system of the work environment.
Our Factory Capacity:
Printing: 1,500,000yds/month (Reactive/Pigment/Discharge)
Dyeing: 600.000yds/month (Reactive/Pigment)
Laboratory
We set up our in-house laboratory with purpose to present fabric production that is more efficient, durable, and high-performance textile materials. This laboratory designed to conduct both physical fabric and chemical tests.
